A Project keeps the context
Source files, audience instructions, Sessions, and saved outputs stay with the work. Add the next period’s inputs and identify what changed.
Clanker Workspace is a browser-based AI workspace for consultants, agencies, small business owners, and operations teams. Use it when the job starts with source files and should finish with a report, evidence table, presentation, or work tool you can review and reuse.
Choose Clanker for the workflow: keep a Project’s context, give an Agent a repeatable role, inspect the saved output, and carry the checked work into the next task. Start with one deliverable; add Apps or recurring execution when you need them.
Keep the brief, the evidence, the Agent, and the next version of the work together.
| Who is doing the work | Bring into the Project | Ask for | Review before using |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consultant or agency lead | An approved brief, meeting notes, and current milestones. | A client update with progress, blockers, and next decisions. | Dates, scope, missing owners, and the saved file. |
| Business owner or operations lead | Dated exports and the definitions of the metrics. | A management brief with a supporting evidence table. | Reporting period, totals, unknown values, and assumptions. |
| Researcher or project lead | Proposals, selection criteria, and approved reference material. | A comparison with sources and unanswered questions. | Material claims and the conditions behind a recommendation. |
| Team maintaining a repeatable process | An accepted example and a review checklist. | A reusable Agent, then a tested recurring task if useful. | Selected access, fresh inputs, run history, and usage. |
Source files, audience instructions, Sessions, and saved outputs stay with the work. Add the next period’s inputs and identify what changed.
Create a specialist with instructions, reference knowledge, Skills, and selected Tools. Reuse a reporting or review checklist across similar tasks.
Open the actual saved document, spreadsheet, slide deck, or HTML output. Check the result, request a revision, and choose how to deliver it.
Build a private App when the result needs interaction. Configure a hosted Loop or Schedule when a tested task should repeat, with fresh inputs and a usage budget.
On eligible Business accounts, give an Agent or Project a Clanker email address and configure allowed senders. A new email thread creates a Session; replies continue that conversation, with a response when the work finishes.
Connect a compatible external agent through hosted Workspace MCP and browser authorization. Give it selected access to project files and tools, then inspect the saved work in Workspace.
See illustrative reports, spreadsheets, presentations, HTML pages, Apps, and browser work in the product surfaces.
Use the same fictional sources, a deliberate date conflict, and an acceptance scorecard in any candidate workspace.
Follow the source-to-draft-to-review process and keep the reporting method for the next update.
Define its role, choose its knowledge and tools, then test it on a known example.
Compare project context, files, reusable methods, recurring work, and the option to connect your existing assistant.
Account for Claude’s current project, artifact, and scheduled-task capabilities as well as the Clanker workflow.
Decide where your process needs interpretation and where fixed validation and transaction steps belong.
Keep approved originals, working copies, freshness, and recipient access explicit.
Current product behavior, account availability, file review, connections, and sharing.
New accounts start with $20 in included credits. Review current charges and optional plans for your workload.
Understand hosted processing and feature-specific data boundaries before supplying sensitive material.
A compatible external client can connect through hosted Workspace MCP with browser authorization and selected permissions.
Evaluate Clanker when you want its combination of persistent Projects, configurable Agents, saved file review, private Apps, and hosted recurring workers. ChatGPT and Claude have overlapping capabilities; compare the same task and correction. You can also keep a compatible assistant and connect it to Workspace through MCP.
Consultants, agencies, business owners, and operations teams doing repeatable work from source files are useful starting audiences. Try a client report, a proposal comparison, or an operating brief with a result your team can check.
Use the downloadable fictional evaluation pack or bring a small approved source packet. Ask for one saved report, check the missing facts and source references, then request a correction. A first task can use the browser without a desktop installation.
Yes. Start with selected copies or exports and keep approved records in their current system. A Project copy is not automatic live synchronization. Verify any direct connection and its access before relying on fresh data or record updates.
Eligible Business, Business Pro, and Enterprise accounts can configure Clanker email addresses for an Agent or Project and specify allowed senders. A new thread creates a Workspace Session, email replies continue it, and the Agent emails a response when finished. Check current account eligibility and sender settings before using it.
The walkthroughs and evaluation pack use explicitly fictional material. The pack has authored expectations so you can run your own trial; it does not report measured speed, accuracy, cost savings, or competitor results.
Start with a small source packet, inspect the saved result, and decide what you want to repeat.
