Business data controls for your organization
Business includes $200 in monthly credits, 1 TB of shared Workspace storage, owner-managed data controls and Gemini ZDR. Choose your organization’s policy and the people who manage it.
Gemini zero data retention
With Gemini ZDR enabled, approved model requests use verified Vertex AI processing. ZDR covers model-provider processing; Clanker still stores your saved conversations, files, memory, tool results and recovery copies.
Memory, sharing and connections
Owners and admins choose whether to allow memory and learning, share links and managed connected tools. These start off under the ZDR data profile, with content diagnostics off. External services follow their own policies; these controls do not restrict internet access from your scripts or computers.
Choose when projects are deleted
Keep projects until deleted, or confirm whole-project deletion after 30, 90 or 365 days. Editing does not extend a project’s lifetime. General content and global Agents and Skills require explicit deletion. Cleanup and backup expiry are separate; a started deletion cannot be cancelled.
Your organization, your admins
Any account can create or join a normal organization. The creator becomes its owner and can appoint admins. The creator’s Business subscription covers organization features; organization credits remain separate and monthly credits are not duplicated. With ZDR enabled, every member must have their own Business access, including owners, admins and contractors. All existing members must have Business before enabling ZDR; a downgrade suspends that member’s access.
Know what is included
Manage organization controls in Organizations → Data controls. The restricted profile excludes voice, media analysis, AI indexing, App builds, managed BYOA inference and authenticated Marketplace features. Business uses shared infrastructure. Dedicated deployment, residency and custom guarantees require a separately agreed Enterprise plan.
Keep your videos with your work
Free accounts include 1 GB of Workspace storage and videos up to 100 MB each. Lite includes 10 GB with 500 MB videos; Pro includes 100 GB with 1 GB videos; Business and Business Pro each include 1 TB with 2 GB videos. Storage is pooled across the owner’s Workspace, including retained revisions and processing copies. Standard video analysis uses credits separately from storage. Media analysis is unavailable when the restricted ZDR profile is enabled.
