# Do the work. Build the tools. Keep it moving.

Your next report, research brief, HTML page, or business App starts with a conversation.

## What you are working toward

A report, a decision, a file, or a small App you can review and use.

## Start with

- A result you want back

- Your source material or a sample to try

- A browser and a Clanker Cloud account

## See how the work gets done.

12 jobs. From the request to the result.

An allowed sender emails a request. Your Agent uses the Project files, creates the update, and replies when the work finishes.

Ask your Operations analyst to compare suppliers. It reads your criteria, works in Cloud browser, and brings back a decision brief with open questions.

Your Agent checks the data, calculates a summary, and creates a workbook. Open the result in Preview, inspect the numbers, and ask for the next cut.

Describe a launch page, calculator, or interactive report. Your Agent creates the HTML, saves it in the Project, and opens it beside the conversation.

Turn a spreadsheet or workflow into a business App. Try the private preview with sample data, refine the main flow, then choose how to share it.

A Loop checks again after each run and a delay. A Schedule runs at set times. Your Agent keeps the results in the Project and follows the notification rule you choose.

Turn meeting notes into actions with owners, dates, and open questions. Review the saved list in Preview and track follow-through in Planner.

Give an Agent the proposal files and your review Skill. It compares the same criteria across every offer and flags missing terms instead of filling in the gaps.

Ask your Agent to turn an onboarding brief into a presentation. It builds the story, follows your brand guide, and saves slides you can inspect and revise in Preview.

Bring your campaign brief, source claims, and content ideas. Your Agent drafts a calendar with owners, channels, and approval dependencies so the team can see what is ready.

Upload a training or demo video. Request a transcript and summary, inspect timestamped evidence in Preview, and save the key points for the team.

Save a reviewed handoff with its source files. Bookmark a useful reply or turn lasting findings into a Wiki article, so the next Session can start from work you have checked.

## What would you like off your desk?

Start with something you already need to finish. Here are a few places to begin.

Turn notes, milestones, and files into a clear client update.

Clean the data, check the numbers, and build a useful workbook.

Shape the narrative and create slides your team can use.

Create an HTML brief, client page, calculator, or interactive report.

Build a tracker or dashboard around the way your team works.

Visit websites, gather information, and bring reports back to your Project.

## Keep the conversation. Open the rest of your work.

Preview is a working space beside your Session. Review files, handle follow-ups, plan tasks, and work with Agents, Skills, and Loops.

Browse files, review outputs, and keep several files open.

Review connected conversations and prepare the next reply.

Track the task, choose an Agent, and inspect the finished file.

Create a specialist, start work, or return to past Sessions.

Edit SKILL.md, add supporting files, and run the method again.

Inspect LOOP.md, STATE.md, supporting files, and work history.

Turn Scope on for this Project, or off for the whole Workspace.

Choose visible tabs in Preview settings. Browser and Secrets are Session-specific.

## A file when you need a file. An App when you need more.

Describe who it is for and what it should do. Then review it, try it, and ask for changes.

Turn a brief into a client launch room. Make an interactive report, calculator, or single-page dashboard. Save the HTML and inspect it in Preview.

Turn a spreadsheet or idea into a working interface: a sales tracker, operations dashboard, or team tool. Test the private preview, refine it, then choose how to share.

## Your Agent can work on websites, too.

Open a Cloud browser inside a Session. Ask your Agent to navigate, use page controls, gather information, and download files while you follow along in Preview.

See the page and review the work as it happens.

Enable saved credentials through Secrets for the sites that need them.

Keep downloaded files and the final brief with your Project.

## Your Agent can start from an email.

Give your Agent or Project a Clanker email address. Allowed senders can email a task, and the assigned Agent uses the configured context and tools to do the work.

It emails a response when finished. Each new thread creates a Session in Workspace; email replies continue the same conversation.

Available on Business, Business Pro, and eligible Enterprise accounts.

Opening an email Session keeps replies enabled. Sending a message in Workspace permanently stops email replies for that thread.

## Set the job. Keep the work moving.

Once a task works, give it a rhythm. Hosted Loops and Schedules can run in the cloud while your browser is closed.

A Loop runs the task again after the previous run and a delay. Useful for monitoring supplier prices, tracking updates, or keeping a brief current.

Work on a connected computer needs that machine online. Unattended computer jobs need the relevant Agent permissions.

## A home for the work. A crew that knows the job.

Keep the useful context, build reusable specialists, and collaborate on work you can return to.

Files, instructions, Sessions, and outputs stay with the work. Use Archive, Wiki, and Bookmarks to keep useful knowledge close.

Create specialists with your instructions, reference files, Skills, and selected Tools. Start from the Marketplace or customize your own.

Organize shared work in an organization, bring teammates and Agents into Agent Room, and share Sessions, files, Agents, and Apps privately.

## DevOps remains part of Clanker Cloud

Clanker DevOps is here, too: cloud operations, deployments, Kubernetes, incidents, and cost reviews.

## Try this prompt

Copy into a Workspace Session. Opening Workspace does not send it automatically.

```text
Help me turn these project notes into a useful weekly update. Keep the facts grounded in my files, flag missing details, and save a document I can review. Ask me for the notes first.
```

## Common questions

### Do I need to install anything?

Start Workspace in your browser. Tasks using your own computer need the Clanker desktop app and an approved connection. Cloud browsers and compute run separately.

[Read more in the FAQ](https://clankercloud.ai/faq#installation)

### Can it keep working when I close my browser?

Hosted Loops and Schedules can run in the cloud after you configure them. Tasks that use a connected computer need that machine online and available.

[Read more in the FAQ](https://clankercloud.ai/faq#background-work)

### Are my files and Apps public as soon as I create them?

Creating an App or viewing its preview does not publish it. Private sharing requires recipients to sign in. You choose when to publish a public link.

[Read more in the FAQ](https://clankercloud.ai/faq#sharing)

### What does it cost to start?

New accounts start with $20 in included credits. Agent work and cloud environments use credits at their applicable rates. See current plans and usage.
